1. On-site relamping

Many times, the shipping costs of multiple lamp houses back-and-forth might make it prudent to do relamping on premises. OR, the customer notices that the projectors aren’t quite right or don’t look right.

ECS offers onsite relamping, recalibration, and color matching service. We can send our personnel tools, test equipment, and lamps to site to perform any of these tasks.

2. Advance Replacement Service?

The advance replacement program is a service which entails ECS sending you a new housing and lamp in advance of your return of the old lamp housing. ECS sends the replacement lamphouse in carrier-approved packaging, insured, to you. You unpack the refurbished lamphouse into your projector, and use the same approved packaging to send the lamphouse back — or we will arrange for pickup. (Don’t forget that pesky insurance) ECS has a stock of projector housings for most of the most popular projectors. Use of the for-fee service often solves logistical problems or lack of a complete spare lamphousing.

3. Advanced or Replacement Packaging Service

Need a shipper-approved box for your lamp house?  Old one good for recycling only — or was thrown out because of its bulk? We offer our customers shipper approved shipping packaging / container. This packaging was developed by independent packaging experts to meet or exceed UPS and FEDEX packaging standards to protect us and protect you from denied insurance claims due to shipping. Denied insurance claims are both expensive and lengthy. These custom-cutout double boxes are not only engineered to protect your product, but also protect your wallet by being optimized for current shipping tariffs (length x width x height) calculations.

We ship these empty to you to enable your returns.

4. Projector Calibration and Matching

ECS has the tools and test equipment to get the most out of  tuning your projector — light output, color, and color matching. Our experts are able to maximize that performance and match it to your use. The matching and calibration will make sure that your projectors will all match one another for color and performance — and be matched to your cameras and lighting. Typically demanded for multiple projectors, blended projection, broadcast sets and environments, simulation, and digital cinema — where uniformity and look are critical.

5. Emergency Lamp Service

The unexpected happens, and the show must go on! You need it now! We live by this day in and day out. We work for broadcasters, broadcast ministries, and the most prestigious Rental & Staging companies. Our Emergency Service includes last FEDEX from the airport, Saturdays, courier service, and hand deliveries. Guarantee with a credit card — you are good to go. Our phone is not unanswered.
